i've been bummed out by all of the reports of customer service silence and now i'm experiencing it as well. they literally do not respond to any e-mails, DMs/posts on social media. i guess a PP claim might be the best way to get their attention?
it's quite silly to bombard us from every angle to buy new additions, releases, etc. but then demonstrate zero concern for actual order fulfillment. i realize this isn't breaking news to the folks here, but man it's disappointing.
