Vinyl Me Please (store, exclusives, swaps, etc)

i've been bummed out by all of the reports of customer service silence and now i'm experiencing it as well. they literally do not respond to any e-mails, DMs/posts on social media. i guess a PP claim might be the best way to get their attention?

it's quite silly to bombard us from every angle to buy new additions, releases, etc. but then demonstrate zero concern for actual order fulfillment. i realize this isn't breaking news to the folks here, but man it's disappointing.

No, I was specifically referencing that I wasn't screwed on the Oliver Nelson sellout (though have my doubts that it was only 3 or 4 or 5 people who weren't active members who bought it, whatever their story is today). I've had my own issues with them, for sure; just not actively angry over something right now

Count me in as being someone who hasn’t received my Caroline Polachek either. On the other hand, I have received tracking info on my Shabaka.
I figured they would both be coming together.

It’s not always an indication of whether or not you’re getting an album in the box. My package last month said only Jolene was in it but I got my swap and ROTM in it too.

Yea not that surprising. They announced Herbie way too early. Can’t remember when they announced an anthology that many months before going on sale before.
 
Anybody who ordered Isbell from VMP receive their copy yet? I see there is a copy on Ebay at the moment. I used the Coupon code and bought it with High Violet. Is it standard that VMP ships everything at once?
