i only heard this song today but it already feels like a song of the year contender
im stuck between 2 hundred dollar sets of records that i want but are both kinda unnecessary (and both are soundtracks to media i like)
even ignoring all the shrek and all star memes... it just sucks to see a group that was just all fun and positivity sadly die like that

im getting more into jazz as of late, sun ra's lanquidity, miles davis's electric period, kamasi washingtons the epic, and a ton of jazz rap stuff has been all i have listened to while on my psychedelic therapy and i kinda need more of that.. i know i should listen to some of the new coltrane stuff but what else should i try out

The candy claws lp pressing sounds horrible but interestingly the second disc of dual mono instrumentals legit sounds great, very dynamic and no noise, I wonder if they really only cared about pressing the instrumentals because it feels like a different release
The VMP Courtney Barnett has one of the worst gatefolds I've ever seen, it legit folded on itself so it's got a fold crease on the spine.... On a tipon no less

i think having the first cure song i heard (at least knowing they were the cure) being "friday i'm in love" was a bad idea because its not much like their other stuff (disintegration sounds nothing like it)

i'm very lucky to have one of the few theatres in the country that has a 70mm IMAX of oppenheimer and i just bought tickets to see it a week from tuesday... im excited with what the reviews have been
i did find out from my cousin that she got me a german record from her trip there last year... im kinda excited to see what she got me even though i wont know until maybe christmas -
