Sale....more like Stale am I right or am I right?
The store is rather disappointing.
How is this album even still in the store? It's straight fire!Hmm...
La Maison Noir was 20$, after the price hike it was 24$, now "on sale" for 20$
I'm pretty sure there are a lot more like this.
Meh...
Before anyone jumps on this "sale" of theirs, you might want to consider the fact that these titles will most likely be 4 for the price of 1 at Bespoke in a month. I'm pretty sure VMP just trades them all their overstock. If anyone sees Storf walking around in a button up that's 2 sizes too small with a bone handled knife clipped to his belt, you'll know the truth.

He must be new here hah.Stephen was the one to answer me.
Stephen is kinda like the one you actually want to answer, he helped me get a replacement stars because of the cracklesSo that replacement policy is definitely a lottery. I got a replacement SRT for the damaged jacket and a replacement Sorcerer for a mild warp that would probably not pass that weird nickel test. I didn't even have to specifically ask for a replacement, Stephen was the one to answer me.
Not sure about Stephen but I can confirm Jason is an unhelpful dick sore of a CS rep.Stephen is kinda like the one you actually want to answer, he helped me get a replacement stars because of the crackles
Don't really see anything worth suing over...just stop ordering from them and giving them your money and order from labels and companies that actually care about their consumers. Your stress about these things will dissipate and it feels great as I recently found out. This CS change has happened recently because I think some people were abusing the lax return policy. I often saw VMP albums with very small cosmetic defects for sale on reddit and other forums asking full price when it was pretty known that those people were getting free replacements. I understand people wanting albums in perfect condition but shipping accidents do occur. Really good companies will ship you out a replacement no questions asked and those are the ones that I now choose to support.Would it be possible to litigate? Anyone have a lawyer buddy they can run maybe a class action suit by? I kinda want VMP next sale to be of the going out of business variety. The fact that they are unwilling to accept returns for refunds and changed their customer service terms AFTER orders where placed seems shady as fuck.
Haven't had to deal with him thankfully. I actually sent in a request to cancel a part of an order I had and I'm afraid I'll get to meet the hellspawn himself for this other requestNot sure about Stephen but I can confirm Jason is an unhelpful dick sore of a CS rep.
Haha Jason was actually surprisingly nice to me with the Stars issue. Asked me for a video of the popping, then promptly emailed back after the video saying sorry for that and we'll send out a replacement ASAP.Not sure about Stephen but I can confirm Jason is an unhelpful dick sore of a CS rep.
I wholly agree and while that will likely be the action I take moving forward that does not offer me recourse for the my current issue.Don't really see anything worth suing over...just stop ordering from them and giving them your money and order from labels and companies that actually care about their consumers.
