Last night was: Caamp, Neighbor Lady, Nicole Bus and Ruen Bros. Caamp will be in my top albums of the year.
This morning is Chrissie Hynde's newest album. It's lovely.
Getting through that 55 album backlog! Let's do this!
And now onto The Murder Capital. I really liked this the first time I listened to it. But it gave me such anxiety, I couldn't relisten to it until I was in a better headspace. This album is so intense and fraught with emotion. The first song was giving me a huge Fugazi vibe.
I'm revisiting some albums from 2019 that I didn't spend enough time with. This Wand album is so good! I know @Woob_woob likes it. @ThePakoBuelna and @gaporter - I am getting HUGE Radiohead vibes from it. I think you would like this a lot.
There is an album out by a female artist recently released on another male artist's label. It's the 1st album released on this male artist's label. I think it is an americana/folk/country artist. And I'm blanking. Help me, please?
Your daily reminder that Nicole Atkins, our Sept N&G AOTM artist, will be joining us at 1pm EST on Monday, Sept 16 for an AMA. I hope this time allows for West Coast and International participation!! Nicole Atkins: Ask Me Anything
