My guess is Radiohead - The King of Limbs. I don’t buy that “artist” refers to a solo artist. I’d call Radiohead an artist, they’re electronic adjacent (that album certainly is), it came out in the 1997-2011 window. I don’t participate in video clues so that’s all I have.

It's a fantastic and overlooked album of theirs. I kind of rotate between that, In Rainbows and Kid A as my favorite Radiohead album. That's right OK Computer ain't even in my top THREE, come and fight me.

dont worry.. the hints do explain many things...

an idea that could help is maybe to think in multiple hints... try to find a connection between something like (and this is entirely random i am not saying this is the answer) the Xmen character, Drake and Josh, and Wrestling
