It’s a commerce wide problem, though I doubt it’s one that sellers are overly worried about fixing. It drives up the value of their goods and builds FOMO. It’s been an issue in the live music ticket industry for years and they haven’t done much to fix it. Still a bummer nevertheless.

That's great to see that they're coming to the EU. Hopefully we get them here too...I'll leave my UK order up until then.

Perhaps my anger is misdirected then. I thought it was Juno but it could have been someon but else but I ordered the 10th Anniversary Caribou Swim and it came all beat up in one of those mailers.

It is strange but to date my Juno orders have somehow made it. However, I don’t want to curse this order.

OTOH Bullmoose Seems to be hexed. I now only order as a last resort even though they have one of the most convenient preorder systems. A few yrs back I started keeping track and was literally getting damage 2 out 3 from BM. Split seams being the most common....but also damaged ends. Today’s order....

Feeling extremely lucky to get in an order at Juno, thanks for the link @uvwxVinyl! Now I'm just hoping it doesn't get cancelled. I was waiting for Loveless to hit local US stores, even though @Corycm warned me that it prob wasn't happening (you were right!). So I figured I'd missed out altogether by the time it was confirmed that US indie stores wouldn't be getting Loveless. And wow, Juno is really affordable shipped to the US to boot! Please don't be oversold …

Damn. That must be some bad luck. I've never had anything damaged from Bull Moose. Those mailers are pretty sturdy so that must have taken a hit.
