I quit smoking back in 2011 - more for breathing reasons than anything. I've used Swedish Snus as a nicotine replacement ever since - now I need to get off that to save money. Much cheaper nicotine patch options are out there now.
My backlog of delayed releases is getting smaller and smaller, but the one that I've been waiting for the longest still hasn't arrived yet - my mistake for ordering the autographed version...but it's almost nearing 2 years since I ordered it. And in my sleep deprived state I ordered a different store specific variant - also autographed - so that's causing that to be delayed more, too.
The wife finally agreed to letting me go part time at work. I think this will be a great thing for me health wise / lifestyle choice wise. It's still night shift, but only 6 hour shifts. A bit more time to get some shit done everyday rather than attempt to fit it in on my full days off - and then not because I'm just too tired.
Broke down and purchased a low-end Nakamichi BX-100. I have too many tapes sitting here not being used...and more coming. I think this will last longer than the previous "refurbished" deck I bought off ebay. The seller looks to be an actual repair guy.
So 2 people I worked with recently have confirmed positive covid tests...one I worked with just this past Monday night...she tested positive on Wednesday. I spent most of the 12 hour shift no more than 4 feet from her all night. Now question if anything I feel is a Covid symptom...otherwise I feel fine. I truly think at this point I'm immune.
