Music Festivals

My sister-in-law wants to go to this so we might all go...

I don't care for a lot of hip-hop but the legacy acts would be fun... Al Green, The Isley Brothers, War, George Clinton, The Stylistics, The Chi-Lites, Morris Day, Mary Jane Girls, Lisa Lisa, Rose Royce, The Cover Girls

Not a bad lineup... The first time they did this festival was 2019 and it was in Long Beach
okay, so if the other lineup was my high school binder- this festival is my college iPod.

what festivals are on people's list for attending this summer/fall so far? my schedule is starting to fill in and I'd love to wave at y'all if we overlap

fun fun

Primavera LA debut postponed again til 2022, but expanded into 3-day

This may warrant an appearance on my end, sounds like a wonderful of assortment of artists for a folky/relaxing weekend.

whoa, nice to the entrance band pop up- wasn't sure they'd be a thing anymore once paz joined the pixies.

in the last few days roo has lost janelle monae, king gizzard, lana del ray, and the deftones. khruangbin and rufus du sol are the only artists announced so far to fill those holes. veeery let down to see janelle off the lineup, especially.

yeah, it's a bummer for sure.

I've just confirmed I'm not doing roo or lolla for the first time in years 😔 (although the reason is good!), but I still want for everyone to knock it outta the park with the return. hopefully they'll cook up something good!

Agreed, really great low-key lineup. We are thinking of making the trip down from Portland for this one, given that Pickathon and Thing NW are not happening this year. Mapache is great, as are the headliners, and I'm excited to see Lael Neale, Anna St. Louis, and Emma Swift, among others.

Yeah still going back and forth on this one, would love to be there but already have tickets for Men I Trust on one of those days and will be going to Outside Lands shortly there after. But damn, feel like this would be such a lovely folky relaxing weekend. May end up going!
