Listening to some records to make sure they're ready to go because I want to sell them on Discogs. It really makes it hard to part with them because you remember why you bought them in the first place. Then again, daddy needs a new projector and you will go towards that fund. I will miss you.

Well, the bulk of what I'm selling are just ones that are stupidly expensive. I don't even play them enough and a projector would get a lot more use by the family.

the parts I ordered from Humminguru have hit LA and I should have my cleaner back up and running very soon. The pile of records that needs to be cleaned has just been getting bigger and bigger.

How long have you had the guru? And how many records did you clean before needing new parts?

I've had it since Nov. 2021 and the part that spins the turning wheel went kaput in April 2024. So a good while. I cleaned about 2,000+ records in the machine over that time (this is just counting albums not necessarily disc count).
