The NBA Thread

Durant announcing tonight. Still feels like Nets with Kyrie to me. I'm definitely not buying any of this Durant and Kawhi teaming up talk.

Should be a fun evening ahead of us.

Looks like the Bucks are giving Lopez a deal, and everything points to paying Middleton. Midds is gonna be way overpaid with his max deal, but no one else is going to want to come to Milwaukee so they kind of have no choice if we want to try to run it back. Still sounds like Brogdon won't be sticking around here which is gonna be a major blow in running it back. Always sucks to be a small market team, but as long as we have Giannis, and are in the east, anything can happen.

He may not be 100% but dude should still be about to get any shot off he wants.
I’m not sure about this. At the very least, I’m not sure that the image of Durant that people have in their minds when they argue that he can defy the odds with this injury - the image of him easily rising up over whomever to pop a three - is by itself a top-10 player. People underrate his pre-injury explosiveness and ability/tendency to take dudes off the dribble.
