Not a huge fan of this alternate cover or the unnecessary dialogue/false starts added between songs, but still happy to have this. In high school I’d play this tape on my Walkman while skiing. I didn’t realize the lyrics of “Lift” until I was actually skiing at night at Alpental, which is literally the chorus. No way is that what he’s actually singing, right? I was convinced I was in a Truman Show situation

Play anything this movie brings to mind

I'm not always trying to play the score/soundtrack to the movie mentioned, but this is an interesting soundtrack. Reggae seems like an odd choice to mix with thrash metal, Prog metal, and punk tracks, but it works.

I used to own the movie on VHS back in high school/college prior to the DVD being released...but I never got it on blu-ray before it went OOP...so it's kinda too expensive for me to get. The DVD would be fine if I ever want to watch it again.
