Re-upping - can any TTVJ fans explain if I need the most expensive version or which is best given price-cleaning ratio?
Please don't tell me you put ketchup on your hotdogs too

Thanks. I've got one shot at somebody bringing some home from the states for me so I'll go for strength and your recommendation. The best value (cost per ounce) is the 2 ounce concentrate. It's the lowest cost per ounce of any commercially available fluid I've seen.
I did try a small pre made bottle first to see if I liked it before I committed to the concentrate though.
Fellow Twin Citian here - did you find any place locally to purchase your LJC supplies? For those of you looking for a wetting agent for your home brew solution (like the London Jazz Collector formula) this is where I got mine. It’s cheap and provides enough to make at least a gallon of solution. It’ll last years.

how far does the Ilford get?Couldn't believe the LJC's claim of using a surfactant until I got my hands on Ilfotol locally at a camera shop. I'd been using a distilled/iso mix before, but the difference was staggering. I have a decently-sized bottle to last me for years now.

usedNot sure what you mean - how much is used or how effective it is?

are you mixing it into distilled water? Sorry I am not quite followingIt’s a 250ml squeeze bottle so 2-3 light squirts are all that’s needed to mix my solution. I’ve only needed to mix a new solution twice since and I’ve had it since January, granted I haven’t cleaned anything in the past month haha

what's the ratioDistilled water and 99% isopropyl alcohol.
I'm partial to condiment bottles that you see at dives holding ketchup, mustard, etc.So I have a VPI 16.5 and the TTVJ concentrate ordered. Do I just need a little squirt bottle to spray the record with a few times or do I need something else?
