Though I suspect what they mean is similar to what "hand numbered" means. Each record is signed by hand rather than the signature being printed on it.

I got a signed Bronx CD recently and the singer guitarist uses a stamp as a signature. So I guess that would be hand stamped?

At least Morrissey actually signed those T.Rex and Lou Reed albums. Would have been funnier if he machine-signed them.
