Evil Urges repress arrived this morning. It certainly is blobby, but it sounds great.

Happily surprised to see it was recut at 45RPM as it wasn't mentioned on the pre-order. Do you have the deadwax info? Mine won't be here until midweek. Very underrated MMJ album.

I honestly don’t hear much of a difference between the original and new press. There are just generic stampers from GZ I believe on the new one.

My eyes aren't good enough to see those, unless you know a trick to seeing them easily. If it's not up on Discogs in the next day or two I'll see what I can do.

Just picked up the new represses of evil urges, which I didn’t have, and It Still Moves. Which I already had but always felt that pressing was lacking. Fingers crossed this one is better

Did you have the original mix of It Still Moves or did you have the (2016 maybe) remix?

The 2021 is a Bellman cut. I can’t compare it to earlier pressings, but it sounds pretty good to me. Not as lush as Z and later, but way better than my Tennessee Fire.

The band's version definitely looks cooler but as an international it would be way cheaper to buy from VMP as I'm in my last month of membership. I'll probably just wait for a regular in-store version.
