Yeah, I like the machine, but this isn't great. If the machine is broken under the warranty, they should be offering prepaid shipping labels and send out a new unit. Counseling laypeople halfway around the world to open up the machine and tinker with it is an inexplicably dumb corporate decision.
I find it so odd that he's making all these comparisons to the degritter, yet hasn't made any videos actually doing a head to head review comparison using a similarly dirtied up record. In the comments he says it isn't necessary because.... reasons?
Yes I know that but the post seemed to imply there were newer ultrasonic machines being introduced in 2022 under $2000, which were described in the catalog.
