Time for Some Play Action: The Fantasy Football Thread

@Ponman2003 the money is sent your way. Sorry, I was going to send it to league safe myself but haven't had a check on hand since the 90's.

I was thinking the other day that this league is crying out for some record themed prize, not just cash. My first idea was how great would it be if the winner got PIF (used) style records sent to them by each losing member, but that's a bit much. So a more "let's do this the day football kicks off" last minute idea is - my favorite leagues usually use some incentive to keep the bottom dwellers competitive and active, like a penalty for losing. So what if we had the last place team send the first place team a new record that is near and dear to them, and post a "Losers Blurb" on here explaining why they chose that album? Just a couple dumb ideas that would stitch our league DNA to the house that birthed it. Honestly I'd be down for anything that properly combines FFB and N&G.

I like this idea as well, but it would only work if everyone is down. And we would also have to figure out a workaround if the first/last place finishers aren't on the same continent (I guess it would be easy enough to send a discogs/amazon/whatever order straight to some ones house).

i'm in agreement with the above.
I have also the feeling that the one sending the free record will be me......
