I thought somebody either on here or reddit said customer service told them there were 400 of each available for swaps next month and they weren't supposed to show up this month. I could be wrong though.

It's a new sales model there pushing called "Delay, Me Please" there pretty consistent with it but it's not really something I like if I'm honest. Hope this helps
