I finally got a response from orders@secretlysociety, and they said they never received any emails previously. I had been sending them to info@secretlysociety, so wondering if something is wrong with that one. Of course, I haven't received any of the records since Slowdive, and they've said they were all sent. Weird since I never got any shipping notices and I usually do. Not sure what's going on with them.
I sent mine to “orders” like I always have. Up until recently I always got a (friendly, useful) response in two days. Definitely a change in personnel/procedure there. Also definitely making me rethink a renewal.

Yeah, me too. Curious to see where my issue goes. Finally got a response, and I responded back right away. Still waiting for the next commuication.

I also sent them to info instead of orders, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time I’ve sent emails to info before, I got responses.
 
Finally got another response and things are cleaned up with the last 3 shipping my way. Although did tell me if I resubscribe to create a new account so this won't happen again. Not sure what happened that I'd need to do that, but whateva.
 
Good to hear that there is at least some action in the CS department. I wrote last Friday and still haven’t heard anything or received a shipping notification.
 
After seven emails over seven weeks, I got everything taken care of today, eventually. First they just said “we’ll send your December ROTM today” but the shipping email had my old address that I changed with them over a month ago, and didn’t include my add-on purchase from a month ago. Then they asked “well, what’s your new address?” And I had to point out it was the one on my account.

Too bad it’s a Christmas album that I will now get after the holiday.
