I have too and they are not always great on getting the format right. Most of the time they are good but of my dozen or so orders I ended up receiving the paperback instead of the hardcover at least 3 times another time I received the wrong book completely. When that happens they have been super cool, refunded my money and told me to keep the book but it wouldn’t surprise me if they sent out a CD instead of the vinyl either.
