My cancellations were all from the same order and all sent at different times...

Yea I had it all on one order. And I even ordered before the sale was announced too.

I was going to order an album as a peace offering for the wife, but it wouldn't have worked cause she thinks we're all stupid about records so I decided to just spend more on myself, muahahaha. 😈😈😈

Edit: holy shit the way it makes the devil face on here is wayyy creeper than on my phone.

My boxing day sale order was mostly peace offerings for my wife, but she got mad at my spending money on the other record I picked up for her in the meanwhile so I don't know how it's gonna go one 4 show up for her at the same time! :ROFLMAO:

I think it was @JohnnyCashFan who forever ago told me to get my wife a craft room and while we don't have the space yet, I did buy her a sewing machine recently and that's at least temporarily pacified her looks of "is this guy a hoarder?" at the never ending boxes of records that show up.

Except when you offer a craft area and buy a machine that literally has been used once in 5 years. Not an accepted peace offering.

Recognized Nérija from the album cover from skimming a few N&G RotM threads a few weeks ago. Enjoyed the first few tracks so that was an easy selection for the price.
Also, the signed print with the newest LUMP record is too much of a draw to ignore...even if the album missed out on my top50 last year. Like a few of you mentioned, I don't know why that hasn't sold out yet.
Added a few others, primarily ambient/avant-garde.

Getting back to this...

I haven't received any cancellation notices as of yet as some have shared. Yesterday, I got a shipping notice for one by itself. Today, received a shipping notice with four of the remaining five. Still have the last waiting in limbo.

Why does RT ship like that? They are all standard, single sleeve/gatefold releases, for reference.

EDIT: simplified wording for for shipping details and added a sentence.

Thankfully she's super into the sewing machine. More so than most craft stuff. Mainly so far because she's helping with an animal rescue who needs these little specialty ponchos for parrots and she's able to make them with it and save the rescue a ton of money. But I hear ya, other than chocolate it can be tough to find something worthy.

My wife is into vintage cars, so I feel like I have a pretty high ceiling as far as $20 vinyl is concerned.
 
I kept putting off the Rough Trade sale and half the shit in my cart vanished. I had a migraine and went to sleep early. Dropped the ball on the Thurston Moore, but I'll grab it elsewhere for slightly more

Seeing a lot of stuff that I missed, but is now gone, like Mkwaju Ensemble, but... here's what I did just buy (hopefully... if, they don't get canceled)

Might be shipping out of different locations. I think part of the reason why they are having the sale too was because of their move
