Did anyone else grab Josh Ritter from the label? I finally played mine and the first :15-:20 on side 2 sound awful
It’s good enough. Especially if ya can grab it for around $10. I a paid $16 and don’t regret it in the least. How is the press on the vinyl? Saw the album listed for under $10.00 recently. Seemed like a worthy investment.
@BullSkulls&Bourbon , I concur with this. It’s fine. $10 is a good price. I paid about $16 too. It did come with a download. It’s good enough. Especially if ya can grab it for around $10. I a paid $16 and don’t regret it in the least.
I really love this new Lillie Mae song. She's so underrated. Her first album is great and her new one is produced by Dave Cobb
Any of you into really beautiful and melancholic folk done by a guy whose vocals sound eerily similar to the Fleet Foxes guy (sorry I don't listen to FF that often so I forgot his name) should really look into this new album that released 4 days ago.
Charlie Cunningham - Permanent Way
This is a singular track from it that really stood out to me and I think gives you a good idea of what you're in for.
Of course, I highly recommend listening to the full album when you get a chance
He's got ltd. edition vinyl and CDs here https://www.musicglue.com/charlie-cunningham
Yes!Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit’s first two albums — their self-titled debut and 2011’s Here We Rest — will be remastered for reissue this fall by none other than Dave Cobb himself!
Michaela Anne's new album, Desert Dove, her first on Yep Roc, is up for pre-order and the first song/video is out:
Really digging the new Paul Cauthen song.
I recently started listening to Adia Victoria, she seems like a blend of Americana/Country/Soul or something along those lines. Here's one of her songs that I like a lot
