Vinyl Me Please Anthology

I'm not getting it, but I also didn't get any codes... did they go out separate from the announcement email?
I think it's the same thing as last time with Tribe records. They likely sent the code to people are not members anymore but have purchased previous anthologies. I got to double-dip on the coupon code last time because my current VMP account was under another email address so I got the discount AND the member price.

Just tried to use one of @MikeH's codes and it gave me an error message, codes are probably tied to accounts now. I'm leaning toward buying still at the $250 member price though.

They probably just set it up now so that the discount only works if you aren't a member, which would make it same as member price. @Whiteout75 let me know if you want the code that @bother tried to use. It should give you the anthology at the discount member price.

I'm not a member anymore, but still getting member pricing and got a code for past purchase, yet it appears not to stack onto the member discount. If anyone figures out how to get this bad boy for $200 lemme know, otherwise I'll end up sharing my code here...

Thank you, that's very kind of you! But I will sit this one out, as I'm trying to cut back at the moment and actually already have OG's of a couple of these albums. And 250 is still a lot of money.

wait if im still a VMP member the code doesn't work.. WTF?
You get $50 discount already for being a member. The $50 code off won't stack on top of the member discount it seems. It worked with Tribe Records anthology (I got $50 off for being a member and another $50 off for buying a previous anthology) but seems they might have killed that loophole.

After some quick research, either price point is a good value. Even though these albums have all been reissued in the last 5 years or so, the Gwar and Cannibal Corpse albums are going for some dollars. I didn’t check the Armored Saint but I would imagine that’s been reissued recently. The only album that is currently in stock at Metal Blade is the Fates Warning.

Ah. Well that makes the value even better.
Although the mastering info is depressing, but you can’t control that.
what is the reputation of alchemy mastering

i know GZ has a lackluster reputation here but thats mostly because the vinyl is noisy... i dunno if alchemy is considered a good mastering company or not
