With the Bob Mould, I am confused why they did entirely different album covers?
Me too, my five-year-old self played the heck out of the Beatles' Blue Album on it.I had one of these as a kid. Ah, my first record player....
It's a special limited box set, so the new art distinguishes it. And, Simon Marchner is a terrific artist, his gig posters are lovely. With the Bob Mould, I am confused why they did entirely different album covers?
OMG...
Sadly it's SOLD OUT!!! Bbbbuuuuttttt it seems like you can maybe preorder it from here: Mr. Bungle - The Raging Wrath Of The Easter Bunny Demo [Indie Exclusive Limited Edition Clear with Blood Red Splatter 2LP] | RECORD STORE DAY
It's a re-recording of their old high school Thrash demos or something. Original lineup as well with special guests Scott Ian and Dave Lombardo!
I pre-ordered an indie exclusive thanks to someone else but I'm unsure if I'll want this long term. Hearing the newly released "Raping Your Mind" does not help build my anticipation.
Nnnooooooo!!! Lol j/kI love Mike Patton, and some Bungle, but I prefer when he actually sings instead of screaming everything.

I grabbed this from their website when it was first released, signed by the band.
I'm going for this cause of really like the artwork and the bonus disc with the Vic chesnutt duet. So if someone wants the box of sugar box set for around 50€ let me know. I could also throw in my older used copies of black sheets of rain and workbook or pig them separately. this is my favourite era of Bob moulds work. It's a bit sacrilegious but I prefer these two solo albums and the sugar albums even to hüsker düBob Mould - Distortion: 1989-1995 — 8LP box set, Workbook to FU:EL, 140g clear splattered vinyl, new sleeve artwork. A variant that matches the artwork.
I concur. Better production and songwriting and no Grant Hart duds ruining the flow.this is my favourite era of Bob moulds work. It's a bit sacrilegious but I prefer these two solo albums and the sugar albums even to hüsker dü
The most valuable pieces of wax are predominantly 7".
it definitely feels the most dated to a specific era in some ways - early 90s rap cameo, B-52s showing up, and then a bunch of pseudo-Fairport Convention songs as hair metal is dying and grunge is emerging.A variant that matches the artwork.
Have to say, this might be the most inconsistent album among any major band. There are such highlights on this album and a number of mediocre and a few just terrible songs.
