Just wanted drop in here and say I've listened to more pop this week than I have in a long time. Along with the obviously great Dua Lipa, there were 3 other really good new pop albums; Sorry - 925, Jessie Reyez - Before Love Came to Kill Us, and Half Waif - The Caretaker. I believe all of those albums will be making some end of year lists.

I was so sorry to hear of Adam Schlesinger's (Fountains of Wayne) passing this week. Here’s Katy Perry covering one of their best songs. She can clearly recognize great songwriting.
