if you told me this was some singer-songwriter from New Zealand and this was going to be released on like, say, Dead Oceans, I'd believe you. My expectations are extremely low for actors/famous people doing music so this was a pleasant surprise

Yo, I didn't know she was Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke's daughter. I loved her in Stranger Things, she was the best thing about that season.

I like her stuff. I love how understated her voice is, it sounds just like her speaking voice. No affectations or flourishes.
