I had an email this morning letting me know that my sub will auto update in december and the amount I will be charged. Never had that reminder before so thats nice.
Been emailing support before the site merge with order issue.

I don't even know if I'll be able to swap again tomorrow... I subscribed a couple of weeks ago and swapped for Jay Som. That was technically supposed to be my November album. Also bought Idler Wheel. I'm just monthly right now so I am set to renew in December but I guess that means that I'll be receiving November and December's box around the same time.

I'm in the same boat. I emailed in twice now about where November's record is and basically got the message it's going to go soon. But I don't think I'm re-upping unless there is a surprise Swap.
The little icon is there now but it just sends an email instead of starting a chat.
