Haven't posted here in a long, long time, but I thought it right to let you all know that I'm going down to Florida for Welcome to Rockville this week, my first major music festival. Knocking some absolute bucket list concerts off my agenda. Judas Priest, Flyleaf, Foo Fighters, Slipknot, Blind Channel, and many, many more. Aside from that, hope you all are doing well, I've missed y'all!
Every time I think I’m in touch to what’s popular I look at the billboard chart and find out just how wrong I am. Who the fuck is Tommy Richman and how does he have the #2 song rn. Projections also have him going to #1 next week and Kendrick debuting at #2.

Ah, diss tracks. The great refuge of artists who have run out of things to write about. When the muse abandons you, when you have nothing original to offer, just say something bad about somebody else! The soap opera is good for some record sales.
Is it bad that while watching 60 Minutes, I see the commercials for river cruises obviously aimed at 60+ year old people and think "actually that looks kinda nice"?
Looks like we'll have a new Kishi Bashi single on Tuesday, May 14th, followed by an album announcement. Yes!!!

Leading up to the last few days, this Kendrick/Drake beef was entertaining, to say the least. But after the methodical drop of 'Meet The Grahams' and then 'Not Like Us' soon after, KDot has delivered the coup de grâce... twice! What's next!?
I know Drake 1/2 white because it would take the confidence of a white boy to start a rap beef with the Pulitzer-winning short king from Compton, who’s widely regarded as the greatest rapper of our generation…
Always enjoyed Cat Power’s “Sun” a lot, but a recent revisit of that record has me borderline obsessed with it. It’s really hitting the spot right now for some reason.
