There are some aggressively large pics of meat in here. Lol.

Some of the lunches I've had since being at the beach: tempeh and potato tacos with 2 margaritas; veggie burger and tecate; pancakes and strata.

The company I work for provides us free breakfast and lunch everyday so I try not to bombard here but today was quite nice, it was taco Tuesday and I got the chorizo tofu tacos

Couple of samples of my Sushi lunch in Osaka . Fresh Prawn, Tuna which was sensational and another Tuna which was pretty good as, I had some raw scallops, Salmon, Squid as well, but that white Tuna was amazing, had a couple of them !

Amazing! We did a vegan for over a year and we had a recipe to make a ground meat substitute out of TVP that was amazing. Another secret for stuffed peppers is to blanch them after cutting them and before stuffing and baking.
