So I love this record. Wire were the first post punk band. They got three songs into this album and were already bored of punk and started to play. Not listened to this in too long. Might stick it on in the car on the way into work later.

Wire is great - although I do listen to what really should have been their 4th album, but ended up being Colin Newman's solo debut, the most.

Oh yes, this is right up my alley.
Easy five stars

Pitchfork makes it feel like the wrong album got picked, the others sound more interesting than this one. Might need to make sometime for this band at some point:

Yes. This was definitely a better atmosphere than calling staff up to sign off on their attendance. Listening to Punk and being the man is not compatible.

Although, I am learning that aggressive music just isn’t really my thing anymore. I’ve got Fugazi, Nine Inch Nails and Guns N Roses that thoroughly filled that niche in my angsty youth days.
