It was a lot more Beatlesque than I expected. Very pop jangly, while still fitting into the whole Sugar and Stone Roses vibe of stuff I dig from that time. I have to be honest, never really spent a whole lot of time with them… really thought they brought De La down a bit on the Judgement Night soundtrack and don’t really remember them much from that time. I did spend a bit of time with Songs from Northern Britain last year reading that Hornby book (I should get back to that). Thought I should check out more of them from that. Guess after I give this some attention, I’ll check out what all the fuss with Bandwagonesque is all about.
