No dry vermouth on hand so this is a “sweet” martini. Sweet in name primarily, used 3 parts gin, 1 part sweet vermouth, couple dashes orange bitters. Pretty good!!! And pairs well with Springsteen

Gin, limes, cucumber, chilli sauce, Worcester sauce, sugar syrup. Muddled, shaken and then dumped in a glass.
Mine has too much Worcester sauce because my 2 dashes accidentally turned into a pour. But it still tastes great.

The Irie Gimlet
Basically a gimlet but made with a cannabis gin.
It's amazing. Cannabis pairs amazingly with lime and juniper.

Luxardo Rye Manhattan
- 3/4 oz Luxardo Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Antica Formula Vermouth
- 3 oz Rye Whiskey
- 3 dashes bitters
- Luxardo Cherries, to garnish
- A tiny dribble of Luxardo cherry syrup, if desired
- One large ice cube

Finally bought a bottle of rum for the bar so last night I made a delicious daiquiri. Just need some grapefruit juice so I can try a Hemingway daiquiri next time!
