Moor Jewelry (Moor Mother + Mental Jewelry) quietly released a great punk album on Monday that will likelt be making my end of year top 10. Fans of IDLES should definitely check this one out.

Harry Styles - Fine Line (yes, it came out in December, I'm counting it as 2020)

of late, fiona apple and laura marling are the big stand-outs for me, and i find myself returning to the dua lipa time and time again at the moment

hmmm. I saw Jack Garret at at Coachella years ago, was impressed and then kinda forgot about him. Guess I’ll check out his new album.
It's really 2 EPs. The first was excellent. The 2nd just came out this week, I need more time with it.

Hadn't realized he and Alex are no longer a couple as of last year (glad they're still musical partners though!). Jónsi teased his new pop angle last year I guess. Sounds like there's a duet with Robyn on the way too.

The Quinlan is a bit fragmented but when it gels it is superb. Very strong moments in there.
