Since I'm exiting much social media for some time (or maybe forever) I might post more here. Also looking for good platforms to have something like a "blog" as an outlet for musings on many things.
Just watched The Social Dilemma. Terrified me. What the hell have we gotten into and why do we keep on doing it? I have deactivated my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Twitter will be tougher, but I'll see. Have asked friends to get Telegram as one other possible mode of communication. Oh, and the kids will get an even stricter regime starting NOW.

This covid-thing really is taking a toll. And I'm saying that coming from a country that has managed it very well. It just seems neverending... A positive is reconnecting to the deep end of my record collection. And having gotten that purge going, with a very nice credit at my record shop after swapping in 30 records lately.
40 dollars for the new Fleet Foxes at VMP? I get a limited edition version for 30 dollars at my local record store. Regular version 25 dollars. Easy decision.
