Not a record per se, but my favorite Japanese dream pop band reissued a great lil album on cassette and the dollar-yen exchange rate is still pretty solid:
Worship has long been one of my favorite dark and lush synthpop acts. Their music is so textural.
They sadly faded into oblivion (Jordan Fish ended up joining Bring Me The Horizon on keys till just recently) but their output is collected as an album here. All sales go to charity each year.
For February they are matching all sales and supporting Citizens Must Not Be A Target appeal through Choose Love for humanitarian relief in Gaza.

I’m sure everyone knows, but those of us in western NC and northeast TN got a lot of damage during Helene. Bandcamp just released a benefit album with 100% of proceeds going to various projects in Asheville. It’s 136 tracks for a donation of $10 or more!
not bandcamp friday, but:
We’re very excited to announce ‘Good Music to Lift Los Angeles’ — a 90-track benefit compilation made up of previously-unreleased songs, covers, remixes, live versions, and demos.
100% of net proceeds go back to communities impacted by the Los Angeles fires via California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Recovery Fund and the LA Regional Food Bank. The album will be available for only 24 hours exclusively on Bandcamp this Friday, February 7th starting at 12am PT for $20.25. As part of their own fundraising effort, Bandcamp will additionally donate 100% of their share of the album’s sales to MusiCares to support those affected by the wildfires.
Artists contributing to the compilation include Dawes – whose members lost their homes in the Eaton Fire, The Postal Service + Death Cab for Cutie with their live cover of Depeche Mode's “Enjoy the Silence,” R.E.M., Faye Webster, The War on Drugs, MJ Lenderman, Madi Diaz, Modest Mouse, Neko Case, Mac DeMarco, Courtney Barnett, TV on the Radio, Soccer Mommy, Toro y Moi, Perfume Genius, Blondshell, and many more.
