terrified, I closed the webpage and burned my computer screen......

They may just be a good record store. New, in-shrink records should be graded as VG+. Too many idiots out there putting “Mint” on non-mint items.
 
Oldies box #1 showed up. Still no shipping notice on #2. The box was beat to hell with a huge hole punched into the side, it was very poorly packaged and every jacket is damaged (some worse than others). Two records were missing, but there was a receipt that showed a credit for those (hopefully they'll refund it) and a note at the top that says unshipped items will be placed in back order status for 30 days.

If these weren't heavily discounted I'd be very upset. As it is I'm still not happy with how beat to fuck they all are, but so long as the records sound good I'll live. Just now I know what to expect from them.

Jeeez, sorry to hear that. Mine arrived as well about 20 minutes ago and it was the opposite experience, just one 3LP record but it was packed and secured well and arrived in pristine shape!

Wonder if they lose their touch packing more than one chunky record!
