I’m actually a little surprised they aren’t doing Fresh. I think that would’ve been a perfect pick and seems in line with what VMP would normally do.

Just listened to my first Sly album and this is most definitely getting added into the collection. So many sticky tracks on this thing. Pretty good VMP month imo, Q-Tip and Sky will keep me happy

EDIT - OH, the spelling. I'm guessing that was an artist decision.

Yah. I'm very familiar with Santigold and that album. Just surprised to see it that way.

I'm finding it extremely hard this quarter - with me being on a 6 month sub - to navigate and grab one album I really want. On the plus side I guess I can save on add on tracks.

EDIT: Just checked out Chalino Sanchez and that's definitely worth a dip into Country for me.

Depends if VMP remastered this one. I like the Ruthless labels though which the "bootleg" one doesn't have either.

i have a top notch "unauthorized import" pressing of E. 1999 Eternal that also has both versions of Crossroad/tha Crossroads remix.always wanted a official press of the album that has the ultimate nostalgia of my childhood and pretty much gave me my love for Rap/Hip Hop and of course i want to support Bone, wore out so many copies of this on cassette.

This Death Cab is the worst sounding album I've gotten from them in a while. Crackle all the way throughout. Not an enjoyable listen at all. Any one have a better experience?

That sucks. My 1st lp is a little wavy, but sounds really good so far on Side A

Good to know there might be a better copy out there! I'd take wavy over crackle.
