Equipment Recommendations - The Home For New System and Upgrade Advice

Yeah my amp has the full isolation platters under it now, same as the TT. Stage and streamer have the individual iso pucks.
Which feet did ya get? I have isocups on my preamp but might look into adding something under my amp…

Has anybody swapped out the feet on the Ultradeck?

So I grabbed an 8 pack of the Iso Puck Mini for the stage (and streamer although that was really just because I had extras) Each mini puck is good for 6 lbs of weight. So 4 can cover a 24 lb piece of gear.

They were relatively cheap for pack of 8.
And for the TT and Amp I went ZaZen I and ZaZen II platters. They aren't the prettiest (I hate that effing logo on there, might try to remove it but also that's probably a terrible idea)

Is there a logo on the back of it too? I find with stuff like that if it has a 4 foot layout you can turn it around and avoid ugly logos. Trying to remove them, if they’re hard stickers, probably isn’t worth i because even if you can get them off they’ll leave a horrible mark behind that won’t come off.

At least it doesn’t have their slogan on it too:
“Experience a moment of zaZen” (not making that up)

Yeah, it's actually IsoAcoustics that make them. Awful slogan, agreed. And yeah @Joe Mac they have a logo on the front and back. But not the sides, however I know the feet are supposed to be used logo front APPARENTLY due to the way they work but most likely due to the fact they want free marketing. But I can't prove that so logo front it is because that's what the manual says and my brain won't let me not follow the instructions. Not sure about turning the platter sideways but that might be an option. Can't find any info on whether it's supposed to be used one way or another.

Okay you bloody trendsetters, a man can withstand the pressure only so long until, well, he puts some wood under his turntable! Sitting on four Hudson Hi-Fi 1" platinum silicone isolation dots. If nothing else, I like the look! The block had to be big enough to fit the dust cover because otherwise there wouldn't have been enough clearance for the cueing lever.

I have also tried the Audio Points under my Ultradeck. That’s not where I’d spend my money. I’d rather upgrade tables entirely. The feet on the UD are very good in my opinion.
