I posted a picture a while back of me being able to order 1598 copies of Caribou, an album that they only pressed 1000 of. Now members are receiving copies of Fiona, while their order page still reads as unfulfilled, and refunds are supposedly being processed but aren't actually going through. The website and their inventory system and apparently their actual payment system appear so fundamentally broken that I don't think this is something they're going to be able to fix before it takes them out. It doesn't appear that they have any information as to what is going out and to whom. They can't even dispute claims because they don't appear to have even a base knowledge of what the system is doing. I honestly don't think they come back from this.

The story behind it is great too, some I guess high-profile college had a scriptwriting class where you supposed to bring in a 2-5 minute monologue that LaBeouf would read. This may not've been the case as such but I'd heard it as a dude brought in something he'd written at the last minute and LaBeouf put his back into it anyway.

Got 2 different emails with the same copy pasted CS message. It seems they have me on 2 different email chains for only 1 message I sent them. This is getting really dumb. Mobb Deep is out for delivery at least so I got that going.

Yes but, they were all various versions of stock form emails, although strangely enough they weren't the same as some of the other form emails I've seen on here, so that's odd but par for the course with these guys...

The person that handled the Mobb Deep distribution is probably sending you emails? Or maybe they're just sending extra knowing that some are bound to arrive warped?
I actually have a shipping notice for that one. I'll get a copy that's already been shipped across the country three times and was previously used as a blunt rolling station by the original owner.
