Can someone please help me out and give me advice on what Chromatics album is worth checking out? Do they do Dream-Pop and Shoegaze by chance?

Yep, they're a dream pop/rock band. The current iteration of the band has released three studio albums, all good and worth checking out. I'd rate them in this order, but they're all pretty close: Kill for Love, Night Drive, Closer to Grey.

New Vatican Shadow reissue up at Boomkat! The gold LPs (250 pressed) likely won’t last the day....

Debut Deserta album being released on Felte in January! I think this full album (or parts of it) may have been independently streaming earlier this year and was taken down in prep for this official release. Saw Deserta at Kalamashoegazer in August, and they were the definition of shoegaze perfection. Really looking forward to this one.

First single is streaming now!

Kill For Love is a great start. It has their poppy side, their moodier side, and their atmospheric side all in one.

I also echo Kill for Love.

The rest of their stuff is a little more hit or miss for me, including the new record. Each album has a handful of great stuff though (not including the EPs which are often the same song 5 times with remixes/variations).

Now, if we're talking instrumental Johnny Jewel records, I buy everything he does solo and I love every ambient second of everything.

This is a cool one:

Bandcamp's kickstarter/Qrates style service. This album is pretty awesome and has up until now been pretty expensive on resale.

As has already been stated All of Chromatics discography is great but Kill For Love is their classic. Further listening, check out the Italians Do It Better Comps After Dark and After Dark 2. Glass Candy's B/E/A/T/B/O/X is some indie disco fun too.
