Snotty Nose Rez Kids recently lost their entire studio, clothing company and irreplaceable artifacts (hand carved masks, awards, paintings, etc.) to a suspicious fire in East Vancouver. If you have a few bucks you can toss their way, they (and I) would be grateful.

The new Doves album has really grown on my over the past 2 months. I had kind of low expectations but it might be one of my favorites of the year so far.
Customs opened a record I just got that shipped from France. The pull tab to open the record mailer was ripped off. They used just one 2" piece of scotch tape to reseal it. I had a sticker on the mailer that said it was opened and inspected. The record was removed from the album cover and put back in the box separately.

Vinyl math problem. If I have full 1x2 and 2x2 shelves and I replace it with a 3x3 how many empty spots will I have?
