Bill Evans - Smile With Your Heart (Resonance Records, 2019 Pressing)
This is a strange one as it had a really offputting consistent tick at the beginning of the first track (especially obvious because of the stripped back music) and I remember trying everything to get rid of it. I eventually gave up and months later it seems to have gone. Now im trying to work out if im losing my mind or not....

Love this album of covers by Gillian and Dave - will be in my top 5 for this year, no probs. If only everyone could take so much care with recording and pressing. Plus, more great Afro-Latin stuff from Benin, even with the odd cover image.
