I had the same issue where my membership has still not migrated over. I was able to buy Fiona with no issues and the option to ship it with my ROTM was there. If you can see past orders, you should be fine. I'm seeing Mobb Deep and a few others that I ordered after swaps closed last month. So my account is there but the membership info is still not fully there. I'm not sweating the migration until next week when the ROTM is announced. If it's not fixed before that then I'm hitting up the Chat to make sure it hasn't gotten lost.
