I'm not waiting for this Bridge on the River Kwai to get built.
The fact that they sent me an email to say my classics add-on went up by $10 but didn't tell me that my main sub was going up almost 60% is nothing short of disrespectful, having to see that when you login to the site to cancel a side sub is just woefully ignorant at best and bait & switch at the worst.

It would renew in September (after I receive Spiritualized.
Imagining the customer experience of the £40 pick of the month not being too hot and then being offered the perk of choosing swaptions that were available for £20 via add-ons up until now. Did they really spend any time thinking of this rollout lol.
It seems I’ll just have to keep making do with the plain copy of that, I just can’t justify $52.

So I will quit after spiritualised , my monthly sub will be too high and I’m not gonna commit to buying three months at a time as I’m not convinced I will want all three , and swaps are a wasteland at the moment

I think they could justify a small price increase no questions asked. But this is a ton at once. If cash flow is the issue I would have offered a one year add on at once for $240 a year or something like that along with a small increase across the board.
