I dunno if I did it right, but I submitted a claim for my Toussaint preorder. I'm pretty sure it's beyond the timeframe in which I can do a chargeback and of course they didn't answer my request for a refund like two weeks ago.

you can do a chargeback. you will not be getting any money from VMP or the liquidators. tell your bank/CC company it was a preorder, you got no response for asking to cancel/refund and now they are going into liquidation.

Screenshot your orders if you used any referral credits and cannot do a chargeback before the site goes down. There's a very slight possibility that whoever buys them may ship your records out if you show proof of purchase.

I've got the Budos pre-order that was bought with credit and $112 in credit. In the quick call I had with amex saying the word membership seemed to be an issue for a chargeback so I'm not sure what the best route will be

Yea--I got a Fela refund, got a refund for Toussaint too. I think most of my outstanding orders were all with referral credit at this point...

My last VMP purchase was in March of last year. It was for a record that was showing in stock and even then I was anxious about it.

There are a handful of exclusives and AOTM I may hunt down still while prices are not outrageous but overall I am happy with the my VMP pressings already in my collection.

Yep, Fela was my last hold out and I'm glad I got the refund when I did. The writing was on the wall for a long time with this though.
