love OME but that’s too much, will wait and see what the standard costs

Or every VMP pressing, “this special limited edition is only available through our store (we actually have no clue if it is available to people who aren’t members - so why should you?). It will look nothing like the picture above. All other details are also subject to change with out notification - including but not limited to: pressing numbers, packaging, track lengths and tracks, and rpm. It will ship approximately some time between 1 month and one year after all your friends have their less expensive versions. I mean what would you do with more time with your records?”
“We can neither confirm nor disconfirm whether the jacket is tip-on.”

Ya, I agree. IMO this is the way to do it. I'm okay with paying a little extra as a big fan to get the alternate cover, extra art prints, and sick splatter vinyl, but I think that there should always be a reasonably priced retail version that is at least advertised at the same time as the limited version.

I appreciate his openness about the standard press. The extras/splatter really look great and with my b-day coming up, I'll certainly entertain the thought of treating myself....but that price is a hard sell with the wife

I love Saddle Creek, and I really like Tomberlin, but I don't trust picture discs. I'm conflicted. Usually when Saddle Creek posts a new record you can also buy a standard press black vinyl, but not with this one, so I'm further conflused.

Anyone looking for the signed Bob Mould vinyl box set, Electric Fetus has some, $186 and free shipping.

For the Euros Jpc has this for 135€.

Jpc has such reasonable shipping rates to the US that anyone in the states interested in this should do some comparative shopping. Looks like this is about 129 euros shipped to the US.

Didn't realize Kevin Gray was doing the John Prine reissues...!
Do we know if these are the same at the Atlantic Years box dropping for RSD? I would assume so but haven't seen any info about Kevin doing the box
I think these are just re-releases of the SYEOR pressings from a couple years ago...

Yea I just realized that. Can't tell if Amazon just has the old info listed or if KG doing this batch is new news. No idea on the box set...I thought I had heard that they might break up the box and do separate reissues from them?
