I believe only buying directly from Deep Discount will get you the extra charge for shipping.. Popmarket and ordering from ebay or Walmart do not but nearly everything starts at DD so you risk it selling out if you wait sometimes. If you can wait for Walmart, that's usually been the best deal lately but it's also last to get the new additions. So many places to buy the exact same things now but the prices can fluctuate quite a bit.

Like the Bowie boxset is just a bit cheaper on Walmart now at $71.17

Yep. I bet a lot of these sales were to dealers and small shops. Many were cheaper than they could get from distribution.
