Day 28 - The Jazziest Of Sundays

After just viewing The Guardians top 20 Miles Davis, I had to spin this. What an absolute travesty to leave this masterpiece off—truly an album that gets better with every listen.

My favorite of the 2nd Quintet period.

Day 29 - New Arrival

Picked this The Oh Sees EP last Friday. Not my newest arrival, but it’s short enough I can bang out another day for this challenge quicker, which is a huge reason for its selection.

Love this album.
One of the best rock albums of the 2000’s.

I'm gonna finish this. This was a local artist, who started out with a few folky/John Fahey-type guitar-based records, and slowly transitioned to this, kind of a doom/ambient/post-rock/folk thing. This came out in 2013 and he's since retired from music, focussing mostly on his visual art.
