What Joe said^ Enrique outclassed Arteta but I will say no Partey forcing this scramble of players was not the move for a CL semifinal. It worked against Ipswich so he thought he'd do it again smh!

Lewis-Skelly should've slotted in for Partey. Ben White fills in the RB and Timber at LB would've been way better imo. Instead Merino moved into defensive mid role which he's hardly played the last 2 months and it showed.

Hoping that Partey being back for leg 2 will change the tactics and lead to us stealing it in Paris

I saw a car with an Athletic Bilbao license plate holder just yesterday and I had to take a double take. I'm used to seeing a few Madrid or Barca or other bandwagon teams but that was a shock. the driver must be Basque because that is an odd team to support over here.

I just love everything about Athletic Club. The style of play, the basque only policy the stadium, the atmosphere and basques and Irish have a real affinity. Them waving Irish flags at the huns in the last round was priceless!
