I find allmusic calling it difficult funny. I’ve never thought it was difficult. It’s odd and experimental. This is more akin to classical. It’s like something Moses Sumney would make if he were an opera singer that collaborated with William S Burroughs. Art Ensemble of Chicago is difficult. Trout Mask Replica is difficult.

Tom Misch and Yussef Dayes - What Kinda Music

Speaking especially from my drummer-perspective, this is amazingly complex. Yussef Dayes is so technically proficient. And he's also creative, musical, and genre bending. What a fun ride this album is.

We really don't have many games in the house. I know there's an Uno deck somewhere. My wife and I used to play Phase 10 a lot back when we were poor college students.

The thing I'm most surprised about is that for Four Letter Word we had two different words used twice. (Make and Melt) What are the odds?
Well, a quick search tells me there's over 300 four letter words that begin with M. Crazy.

Tender used Mahogany for Color, which was the only color that wasn't Maroon, Mauve or Magenta. My wife mentioned Midnight Blue, which would have been accepted.
