Yeah I wanted this album, but not for the $30 it fetches. Who in their right mind is going to pay $6-9 more for color and a numbered stamp on the back? Also, the fact it doesn't come until after St Paddy's is laughable.

Can you confirm this? I know there were $100 signed copies on the artist site available. I have not seen anything saying this is a reissue.

Do they have any "rules" still alive? They are re-pressing exclusives and not changing anything. I think their rules have long left the building.

$45 is crazy for a single LP record. That's more than Tone Poets which have a better presentation IMO.

The Charlie Brown Christmas, but it was a different color. AFAIK they have never reissued an exclusive with the same color. Pretty shady if you ask me.

Yup, my copy even had the bonus of some foreign substance on side C as well. I cleaned it several times with my RCM and it made it better but was still there. Definitely didn't run my needle over that side but flipped it to see how side D sounded. Yep, noise still present although much quieter...

Maybe they have a different QA for black vinyl?

Yep, I got all three of his releases from amazon.jp for around that. Worth every cent IMO.
